This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order is processed, shipped, and delivered.

1. Order Processing Time

 

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

During busy periods, holidays, or high demand, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order has been processed, it will be handed over to our shipping partners.

Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours, as they may already be in production or transit.

 


 

2. Shipping Times

 

Because we work with global manufacturing partners to offer the best prices, shipping times vary based on location.

Estimated delivery:

  • 7–15 business days for most countries

  • Up to 20 business days for remote regions or during peak seasons

 

These are average estimates.

Delays can occur due to:

  • Carrier issues

  • Customs inspections

  • Holiday periods

  • Weather disruptions


By placing an order, you acknowledge that delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

 


 

3. Tracking Your Order

 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please allow 3–5 days after shipment for tracking updates to appear, as international carriers may take time to scan parcels.

If your tracking shows “in transit” or “delayed”, this is normal for international shipments.

 


 

4. Incorrect Address Policy

 

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages sent to the wrong address due to customer error

  • Lost packages caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses

 

If the package is returned to us, we can reship it — additional shipping fees may apply.

 


 

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

 

Some countries may require import taxes, customs duties, or additional fees.

These charges are not included in our prices and must be paid by the customer.


We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by customs

  • Rejected shipments due to unpaid duties

 

 


 

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

 

If your order is marked as “delivered” but you did not receive it:

  • Check with neighbors, household members, or your local post office

  • Wait 48 hours (sometimes carriers mark packages early)

 

We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery.


If a carrier officially confirms that a shipment is lost, we will resend the item or issue a refund.

 


 

7. Delays Beyond Our Control


We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters

  • Strikes

  • Customs processes

  • Carrier errors

  • Peak season (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.)

 

Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds unless the package is declared lost.

 


 

8. Multiple Items in One Order

 

If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on stock availability.

This ensures faster delivery for certain products.


You will receive separate tracking numbers if applicable.

 


 

9. Pre-Orders or Out-of-Stock Items

 

If an item is listed as pre-order or temporarily unavailable:

  • You will be notified before checkout

  • Shipping times may be extended
