Due to our logistics model, we do not accept returns, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

2. Refunds for Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

After this period, orders are already being processed and cannot be modified or cancelled.
4. Lost or Delayed Shipments
Because we rely on third-party carriers, delivery delays may occur, especially during peak periods.
Refunds are not issued for:

If a shipment is officially declared lost by the carrier, we will offer a refund or replacement.
